Beautiful and timeless, ballet is the foundation for all other dance techniques. Dancers will follow the traditional progression in each class working at the barre, then adagio and petit allegro, then grand allegro. Focus is placed on technique and proper alignment.
Pointe – Permission given by Ms. Alisha
This is a highly technical form of ballet where the performer dances on the tips of her toes. At a minimum, dancers must take ballet twice a week for a year before enrolling in this class in order to build the strength and skills necessary to avoid injury.
